Red Roof Inn Temple

Negatives: I didn't like the night lady Anna. She got rude . My 1st night I was put in a room that had a TV but no channels. When asked for another TV or it to be fixed, I was told that I had to wait. Due to a clogged toilet in a refrigerator not working. When the maintenance man did come he said that it was something wrong and that he would be back but never showed back. When I went in the next morning to make a complaints I was told that it was going to get fixed but instead I was moved to another room I let them know about their night lady and they said they would take care of it. They also told me that her behavior was unacceptable but then turned around and told her that she did the right thing. The right thing would have been her moving me to another room to where I didn't have to wait till next day. Another thing that I did not like is when I was moved to another room I went two nights without hot water due to washers being ran.

Negatives: Refrigerator didn't work. Upon arrival hot water did not work. Unprofessional manager. Said luck of the draw when informed the hot water did not work.

Negatives: Dirty floors, microwave had to be set on the floor to reach the outlet plug. And at night the roaches came ou. I had paid for several days and as my husband was in the hospital, I was trying to stay within my budget or I would not have continued to stay
