Unfortunately there were roaches, the pool was not open and it was empty, and something bit me while I was sleeping. And there was no hot water

It seems like they were in the process of renovating the rooms.

July 2024 today it seems like they were renovating but I'll list how the current rooms are like:
Stank of old smoke in our non smoking room.
Toilet door couldn't close.
Shower on hot water didn't turn hot but that was fine since it was summer.
The aircon was a little hard to control. But it worked for us since the night was a pleasant temperature.
Cockroaches.
All of these I could ignore.
But when we tried to use the towels for showering they were dirty and had pubes and bits of grass stuck in them.
