Negatives:
When we got in the room you could tell the bathroom had not been cleaned well. There were empty bottles on the shower floor the toilet apart looked like it has been used it was not nice and folded.

The staff was very nice & helpful - they just were limited on what they could do as management was out of town
Negatives:
It took us an hour to get checked into our room. Upon arrival at 3pm we were told no rooms were ready, they were short staffed & the one cleaning lady couldn't get the rooms cleaned fast enough. We were finally given a room - but it wouldn't open, come to find out it was occupied.
We were given a second room - opened it and it hadn't been cleaned.
We were given a third room - and it was cleaned, but barely. The bed skirt was falling off the bed - it's questionable whether the linens were clean - but the bed was made so we made do. The shower wasn't very clean. The surfaces in the room were dirty - as if they hadn't been sanitized/cleaned/wiped.

The location was great there were all kinds of restaurants around. Our room was very spacious. It had a great view. We will be staying there soon.
Negatives:
Everything was great no complaints. The breakfast needs some work but I’m not complaining.

Positives:
I liked the location it was close to where our event was located. The facility was clean very nice room I will use them again in the future.
Negatives:
The way the check in person looked at my partner when he walked in he is a black man she was not smiling at us not sure if she was afraid of black people but this is a place where all nationalities rent. She needs to be friendly to ALL.
