Blood found on bed sheets in the first hotel room we were in, then the card reader didn’t work for the next room they tried putting us in, then the ac was out in the third room, then there was what looked like nail polish on the fourth rooms bed. Finally after an hour of moving around and our fifth room change my family slept terribly and we ended up leaving a day early. The lady at the desk that night was very sweet and tried her best to help to the best of her abilities but management has yet to make things “right” after I was assured they were going to compensate us with points to our Hilton account as an apology for the debacle.
