The location was perfect

Wait for 2 hours to get in our room, no key card can manage to unlock the door, waited in a hot hallway for about 30 minutes and then they decided to put us in a different roomthat other room had hair, so it was not clean

When we checked in and went to our room the AC panel was not working they has to come replace the batteries. Also one more thing I didn't enjoy was when we booked the hotel we had paid right then and when we checked out we got no receipt and a day later I noticed they had charged me for the room again I called Saturday ans they told me I would have to call Monday that no one was there to do a refund. So I had to be inconvenienced to get the funds refunded back.
