The staff were rude. Cornell was extremely unprofessional he kept getting mad when customers came up and asked him questions he even got mad while checking me in because the computer wasnt working properly. Also I didnt like how hard the bed were!

Didn't eat breakfast, the receptionist was the best.
Negatives:
The room was not at all handicap accessible, couldn't shower and had to wash up bedside, and the toilet was also none useful cause it was just an regular almost on the floor toilet so, we couldn't get out the wheelchair to use the bathroom and you need to consider getting am hospital bed in at least 2 rooms in your establishment.

The location was close to my destination and was easy to access. The coffee and creamer were better than I expected. The front desk employee called me shortly after I reached my room to ask if all was suitable.
