Negatives: Staff was not very friendly. There were a bunch of high-school kids running around, and nobody did anything. Water all over the halls and room was not so clean. The refrigerator was not working at all. My Mom has diabetes so she carries insulin, so that was a problem

Positives: I like the breakfast just wish they had banana as a choice.

Negatives: The staff were rude. Cornell was extremely unprofessional he kept getting mad when customers came up and asked him questions he even got mad while checking me in because the computer wasnt working properly. Also I didnt like how hard the bed were!
