Well if I saw it
Negatives:
The fact that they never answered there phone and I even emailed them to tell them I would be late and never got a response. Then they gave my rooms away. I’m in the middle of having no electricity and because they didn’t answer their phone or there emails I got the shaft. I will never deal with this company again.

The breakfast was ok, not much put out, had to ask for replacements. The only thing that kept me there the first day, was the manger, Jason, he was super apologetic, and replaced the TV (smaller) but at least had screen without white dots, the ice box wasn't cooling, he carried another up, I finally gave up on all the rest of the things. I really should of left, it was worth the money I did pay, Jason lowered down $20

The hotel needs a complete over haul, TV's, ice boxes, beds, and definitely the pillows! Broken elevator, had to walk upstairs, with luggage!!

I specifically requested a poolside view room. We checked in early. They said it wasn’t ready. They would get it ready while we went out to the community. We came back. They said the room would not be cleaned because the staff had not been assigned to do so. Staff was not all that friendly or helpful.
