The first room we had the air did not work, it wouldn’t get cooler than 78 degrees. I had to go down to the front desk to get a new room. Otherwise I feel like I would still be waiting… The shower door would not close unless my husband came in and closed it from the outside. Finally got the second room and it was better…. The air worked and shower door would close.
