The lobby was FREEZING cold for breakfast, but the third floor was muggy and hot in the hallways. Confusing temperatures.
The maid kept walking into the room and asking when we were leaving, all before check-out.

Pretty clean and up to date. Comfortble bed. Pillows could have been better.
Negatives:
People smoking weed on our floor completely ruined the stay. Hot water was lost one night and had to take a cold shower. Was told by the front desk to "give it a little while, everyone is probably taking showers"... It was 11:30 PM.

It was close enough to everything. The ladies who worked the breakfast and front desk were amazing. The pool got reopened earlier than expected.
Negatives:
I originally booked my room on May 8. The booking said "this room has 3 beds". Meaning 2 regular beds and 1 pull out sofa bed. I have the email, still, where it says that. When I checked in and went to the room it was 1 bed and a pull out bed. This was not the room I booked. I went to the front counter to tell the guy& showed him my conformation email. He said that's all they had. He said they don't have any like what my email says .. I had my partner, son and daughter and I needed 3 beds cause they do not want to share a bed. I was very very upset but didn't want to ruin their vacation so we went and bought air mattresses for them and had that in that little room that yal stuck a family of 4 in
