Positives: The Staff was friendly and helpful . The indoor pool was lovely and the breakfast was presented beautifully and beyond typical boring breakfast options at many hotels .

Negatives: My toilet didn’t flush one time ( I only had to lift tank lid and fix flapper - not a big deal ) and I found a bottle cap right next to the couch but other than that the room looked very nice and the bed was comfy .

Positives: The breakfast was very good. Plenty of tasty options.

Negatives: The floor in our room was dirty. We didn’t notice at first. We were very tired and hungry. We brought in our luggage in and left for dinner. When we got back, noticed the floor. I took a towel, wet it and “mopped” the floor. That towel was dirty with crumbs, hair and dirt. The hall had debris on it too.
