Negatives: Customer service and safety

Negatives: Breakfast consisted of either prepackage honey bun or muffin. Drinks were a choice of coffee or hot water (no tea).

Negatives: When it said "Breakfast Included" I expected something like Choice Hotels offers, not Little Debbie's and Otis Spunkmeyer.

Negatives: Apparent history of CPS "called and showing up" at hotel from a CPS worker. Keep doing what you can to protect kids.

Negatives: More varity for breakfast. Maybe spruce up the property a little.

Negatives: "Breakfast included in the price"?? No!! The check-in area, much too small to be called the lobby, had little packages of mini muffins and something called honey buns, also prepackaged, along with coffee and hot water. THAT'S NOT BREAKFAST!! The key card worked about every fourth time I tried it, and I had to get the desk attendant to let me in. The lighting above the bed on the right side was inoperative; I tried changing the light bulb out, and that made no difference. I made sure it was plugged in, it was. And the USB outlet and standard two pronged outlet were not functioning either. The freeway noise was awful, but it was masked by the tremendous racket the air conditioner made.

Negatives: The super fir mattress made it difficult to fall/stay asleep. The refrigerator did not get cold enough to cool our drinks.

Negatives: On arrival in reception i noticed the coffee station had spillages left here from earlier in the day, i assume. Cigarette holes in bed covers, room smelled like smoke (despite being non smoking). Stained towels, dusty surfaces. Breakfast was "grab and go", it consisted of a choice between the following packets - blueberry muffins, choc chip muffin or sweet scroll, coffee. No fruit, cereal, juice or toast like I expected.
