Terrible management, fraudulent charges-(BY MANAGEMENT!), AC didn't work properly, and the entire fourth floor had an overly abundant stench of urine. Breakfast was deplorable. Management does not bring toiletries to your room when requested, I was told, by management, that they were too busy and I'd have to come down and get it myself. Upon arrival, there was a less than one-ounce single shampoo and conditioner and a dollar-size thin bar of soap. There was fecal matter in front of the toilet. Seriously deplorable. The young girls at the front were the only positive part of the experience. I have successfully filed a police report with Waller County. I will be reaching out to corporate first thing tomorrow to advise them of all the issues and insist that the manager in question is appropriately handled. I will speak with my bank tomorrow and proceed to file with small claims court.
