Good location. Near to highways and lots of restaurants and general shopping are close.

We had issues at check-in. The problem was with the reservation system (a recent update wasn't working well), and it took a long time to resolve it. Staff did not know the meaning of "friendly". I notice that with their interactions with all guests..

Convenient to major highway, good breakfast area, quiet elevator, somewhat comfortable room with microwave and fridge.
Negatives:
Poor quality lumpy mattress and heavy bedding. Room service makes it very difficult to pull the tucked-in bedding out from under the mattress.

The hotel staff were so helpful and made our stay very pleasant. This is one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel!
