Upon arrival, got to our room and didn't have toilet paper, shampoo or soap. They don't provide a hair dryer so I couldn't wash my hair. Everyone these days has a dryer in the room

The bedding and towels looked clean. Still used Lysol the bedding and clorox wipes on all the surfaces I touched. After the Covid Email I received.

Was not very clean. Dust on the headboards, floors were dusty or something. Dust and grim in the corners. Some kind of liquid sprayed on the bottom of the tv stand. Took a shower and walked across the floor my feet were dirty again. Lots of places on the walls or furniture discolored, dingy or had burn marks.
