Yes, they were doing construction early in mornings so it was impossible to sleep in. The toilet was sprouting water when flushed. The shower flooded due to drainage problems. The elevator was dirty and smell like working men.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, roomy. Super nice bed and towels. Looks much cleaner than most, except for the elevators.
Negatives:
Elevators seem on no one's cleaning list. They open to nice, clean spaces but appear used for hauling drywall. Unvacuumed with lots of debris on floors day after day. Walls full of white dust and finger print answers.

Beautiful bed and great big pillows, location was great, within a few kilometres to Space Centre Houston. Lots of food choices within walking distance.
