The AC went out in all 3 of the hotel rooms they put me in. I had to move all my belongings twice and just suffered through the last time when the AC went out.

The hotel was an excellent choice for what we needed. Staff was friendly and always available. Parking was good, breakfast was good and served hot, everything was clean.

Great location and staff. Everyone was so kind and willing to help.
Negatives:
Got my ice filled in kitchen by staff and saw cockroaches on floor. Everyone day that we stayed we killed at least 3-7 cockroaches so got really disappointed. Kids toys were on tables around room and cockroaches would crawl in them also. Found some on counter and in cabinet when I went for plate. During breakfast saw one crawling near breakfast area.

Room felt old, unattended. Floors were uneven, couch looked super old, light switches weren't working, beds were uncomfortable, there was what appeared to be mold/dark spots on bathroom ceiling. Room felt dirty.
