Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Big sign out front said under new management. Rooms were clean, including bathroom and kitchen. Pool was clean as well.
Negatives:
Check in was at 3pm, I arrived at 4pm and no rooms were ready, with several other guests ahead of me also waiting on rooms. I returned at 430pm and my king bed room was still not ready, staff asked if I wanted a queen I said yes so I could check in. They did not discount the rate or extend time for a late check out at 12 noon.

We showed up our room was not there. They said they were overbooked. Shouldn’t have been our fault. They tried giving us a smaller room with the smaller bed. The room was filthy and had blood stains on the wall. The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. We left.
