Large police presence in the morning, five police cars, some significant incident with one or more guests on the end of the building first floor at checkout
Someone wrote exploit graffiti on the office windows

Lot of vacant storefronts nearby. Overall, the area around the hotel seemed a bit run down.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED .THE CLEANING STAFF DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ATTENDING TO OUR NEEDS. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT WAS PAINLESS.

THERE WERE SOME SMALL INSECTS. THE BATHROOM FAN WAS VERY LOUD AND MADE THE LIGHT FOR THE SHOWER NOT AS APPEALING TO USE.
