We were not able to stay because they had no power. We need a refund.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of hot and cold items on the breakfast bar. The morning the hurricane hit and electricity was out a nice selection of cold or panty items available. The only night we were there that served an evening meal was when Beryl had hit. We found out later that evening staff had prepared a meal outside on the grill. I felt like they tried to do their best even though we were without electricity for 30+ hours.
Negatives:
The only negative was the sound system at the pool did not get turned off when the pool was closed, it went 24 hours continuously. Our room was on the first level close to the sound system.

The rooms are clean, staff is awesome, free plaundry, excellent breakfast.
Negatives:
Incidental fees are too high ($50/night). Housekeeping doesn't know how to read a clock. Check out time is 12 noon. At 1051am, housekeeping knocked on door and tried to enter room even though I told them I wasn't leaving till 12.
