Positives: The ac worked great

Negatives: The room was full of dead crickets when I arrived. I asked for them to be swept up on my way out to the hospital. I returned late that evening after my grandchild was born to find my room still with dead crickets. I unfortunately assumed housekeeping would clean the room the next day. However I returned from the hospital to find my bed was made but all the dead crickets were just as before. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

Positives: Pulling up to the property, you can tell it’s in a seedy area. I checked in and my room was disgusting! The a/c unit is rusty, you can’t even read where the temp is and which direction is hot or cold. There was a blood stain on the bed spread. The floors had not been swept, the mirror was filthy, mold on the ceiling in the shower. The bathtub has not been cleaned in a long time and there is mold inside the shower knob! The blowdryer melted and the switch for that wall has issues - electrical fire waiting to happen in my opinion. The light cover in the bathroom was missing a cover and it was all rusty, dusty and dirty. I literally slept in my clothes and SHOES because I didn’t want to touch the floor with bare feet! I had a 3 day stay booked and checked out after 1 night and was happy to find a clean hotel that was great and I will book all future trips to Wichita Falls there. RUN FROM THIS HOTEL! I’m including photos of the room I was given to stay in!

Positives: The rooms are in the 21st century ;) Even if it was a "put a lipstick on a pig" project on an older motel/hotel, they did a good job refreshing it and cleaning it up.

Negatives: Wi-fi stopped working at some point.
