The check in time was 3, but I was allowed to check in closer to 1. The first room I got had an AC that wouldn't turn on, so I was given another room immediately. The room was clean and met my expectations for the price I paid.

The room was full of dead crickets when I arrived. I asked for them to be swept up on my way out to the hospital. I returned late that evening after my grandchild was born to find my room still with dead crickets. I unfortunately assumed housekeeping would clean the room the next day. However I returned from the hospital to find my bed was made but all the dead crickets were just as before. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

It was dated. It could have used a fresh coat of paint towels could have been newer. They looked Yellow and dingy.

Pulling up to the property, you can tell it’s in a seedy area. I checked in and my room was disgusting! The a/c unit is rusty, you can’t even read where the temp is and which direction is hot or cold. There was a blood stain on the bed spread. The floors had not been swept, the mirror was filthy, mold on the ceiling in the shower. The bathtub has not been cleaned in a long time and there is mold inside the shower knob! The blowdryer melted and the switch for that wall has issues - electrical fire waiting to happen in my opinion. The light cover in the bathroom was missing a cover and it was all rusty, dusty and dirty. I literally slept in my clothes and SHOES because I didn’t want to touch the floor with bare feet! I had a 3 day stay booked and checked out after 1 night and was happy to find a clean hotel that was great and I will book all future trips to Wichita Falls there. RUN FROM THIS HOTEL! I’m including photos of the room I was given to stay in!

Crickets that were over flowing the floor. The people in the next room were very loud along with the chirping of the crickets our floor was covered there was towels under the ac units because theybwere leaking. Both of the rooms smelled of mildew and we should have got back our early check in fee. It was horrible.
