Room was terrible dirty. Had to clean it before filling comfortable. Ice bucket was filthy.

The staff was the worst !! They would not even give me one additional towel !!! The staff could not understand simple english !! Room service was almost nonexistent and never really cleaned the room !! I had to do my own cleaning !!!

The room was very dirty and there was rust and dirt in the bathtub !! Staff would not change the sheets and refused to make the bed properly !! The whole experience was disgusting !!! Will never stay there again !!!!!

The room was filthy. Bathroom door was broken. The security lock for the door was broken. Blankets and pillows were stained. Found a razorblade on top of the bed. Absolutely awful.

The convient location.

Did not receive new linens even after going to the office and carrying down the used stuff. So I had to pay out of pocket to wash and dry all bedding and all linens for the rest room. 2.00 to wash and 2.00 to dry.

The 1st room we had the sheets had urine on it. The 2nd room had roaches

The location was perfect for where I needed to be while in town.

The bedding had not been changed, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. And the roaches scurrying everywhere, even roaches in the bed and bath tub.

The room was not correct. It had one bed instead of the two we booked. The staff didn't care. The hotel was filthy. Horrible experience.

Disgusting, floors areNEVER swept, roaches, surfaces are never cleaned, the floors are NEVER mopped, I had to buy bleach and clean my self. Shower curtain had mold and had to bleech them. Towels are no longer white but in fact truthfully dirty.
