Positives:
The staff were helpful, the price was good, and it was clean. I was able to switch to a non-smoking room even though I had accidentally booked a smoking one.
Negatives:
The AC wasn't staying on even on the highest setting so it took 4hrs or more to get the room cool. After that it was okay. The bathroom door didnt close properly, as in the place where the latch catches had been dug out so it couldn't catch. There were not enough pillows for 4 people (though I probably could have asked for more.) The ice machine was broken and there was no ice bucket in the room, but the staff gave me a small bag of ice when I asked and it kept in the fridge okay. The breakfast was dismal, milk in a fridge that wasn't turned on, instant oatmeal packets and stale cereal, juice, and bad coffee.

Flies were in the room couldn't get rid of them. There was some rust in the bathroom and the room next door played there music really loud. Just felt really uncomfortable
