Negatives:
My first room wasn’t clean, trash was out, my towels hanging in the shower were damp and poorly folded, the tv didn’t work.
The second room the air conditioner was making weird noises most of the night.
I was charged a pet fee for one night even though my dog is a service pet.

The room itself was fine. But the breakfast was NOT good with little options and the options you had just were not good. The special yogurt was not appreciated. The fresh fruit was sad. It was just really disappointing.

breakfast was tolerable. the area was kept spotless and well stocked.
Negatives:
fake eggs??? give me a break; but they were warm. NO fresh fruit. cheap pastries. no bran flakes cereal. no milk choices. personally, don't like waffels, so that may skews things.
he mirror light in my room was not working. was given a table lamp with no shade. the message light on the phone kept blinking and the staff didn't know how to turn it off. the shower has mold in the corners. the only place to hang towels is on the back of the door. the room cleaning was ignore one of the days of the stay.

breakfast was hot; typical hotel buffet
beds were comfortable with plenty of covers
Negatives:
bathroom mirror light did not work; maintenance person would not be in until after I was in bed. Front desk brought in a lamp to use, but lighting was not appropriate. Mirror was not fixed while I was there.
Also, shower smelled of urine when water was first turned on and even after I let the water run for a few minutes.
