The toilet seat was broken. The shower curtain had holes in it. The shower head was rusty. The swimming pool was dirty. The front desk person was absent most of the morning and didn't set up breakfast.

Checking in was easy! This was the only thing we enjoyed, oh and finally leaving! If other properties weren't sold out, we would have stayed elsewhere

Geez, where do I start.. room looked clean FROM THE DOOR looking in. Once we walked in, gross. Long hair right on the bed. A few within the sheets on other bed. Used condom wrapper between bed and nightstand. The shower wasn't clean. The light by closet had gunk all over it. They don't bother moving nightstand, desk to vacuum behind. Fridge had a smell to it! Contacted front desk about shower drain not draining, never got fixed. Asked multiple times for toiletries (shampoo, soap, tp), after it had never been done, we just bought our own. Night clerk rather be outside smoking with his friends to even attend to calls coming into the hotel or even help the guest at the front desk!
This place has gone to crap in the past few years. Usually, a go to for when we are in town for festival, but not anymore! You lost a frequent customer!

Our room was not clean . Vacuum behind bed , replace carpet looks like it's just filthy stains ect. A spackle bucket is holding one of the doors..Pool ...gross at the bottom wouldn't swim.

The beds were not comfortable. The room was extremly dated and dirty. Rugs were grimy and stained. Bathroom was smelly and dirty. And the water was smelly and not good for coffee machine. Beds were awful and made me itch, and had springs digging in me.

What was supposed to be a "room key access only" door at the side of the building was never fully closed. I think because the key pad to use for entry was broken. It was propted open with a door mat.

See above. .And our coffee maker was broken but never replaced. Two room lights didn't work and the light above the sink did not function. Coffee empty each day early but there was no concern about it.
