Didn't care for the breakfast at all. I would rate it mediocre.
Negatives:
I had a problem getting in my room to check out and while they solved the problem several other guests were attended to while I waited in the hall. Made me feel very unimportant.

Positives:
We loved the hotel and staff, breakfast was good but... our room needed cleaning. The bathroom was not clean. The bed was very comfortable but the air conditioner didn't work well and the curtains were musty. The dog walk was full of poop w/no poop bags, so we walked our dogs somewhere else and brought our own bags. I don't understand people. If your dog poops find something to pick it up.
Negatives:
Unclean room and the dog run was nasty mess.
