Positives:
The location was convenient to SUU Campus.
Negatives:
The property was not clean. The room smelled like a dirty vacuum filter and the shower and floor had hard water stains. The shower pan appeared to be broken. The lining on the box spring mattress was torn and hanging off the bottom of the bed.
As I patiently waited my turn at the front desk, one of the clerks disregarded me waiting and ask the person behind me how they could be helped.

The room was specious and comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely walk in shower. The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The fan in the room ran all night. We turned off the heating system but the fan never stopped running and it was terribly loud.

Negatives:
The room we were in was next to a side enterance and the stairs and the sound insolation was none existent, so it felt like people were about to barge into your room... hard to get good rest that way...
