Negatives: Noisy neighbors all night. Walls not sound proof at all

Negatives: This place is rather run down, and smells like animal urine. Holes or patched holes are quite prevalent throughout the rooms. Luckily though we can top it all off with stained sheets, beading, and carpet.

Negatives: The attitude at check in was horrible. I have never felt so discriminated against.

Negatives: I was verbally accosted at checkout by the manager's(husband and wife)as the floor it the bathroom oozed black stuff and we cleaned it up with a towel , they called me a liar and told me that myself and my children where discussing, Mike(one of the manager's) also put his hand up in my daughter's(16 yrs old) face and told her she was a liar and to leave his Hotel as she tried to explain the issue in ybe bathroom!They wherw furious that the towel was ruined! I had originally went in the office to checkout and tell them that the glass plate was missing in the microwave and it was dirty and the woman told me I broke the dish and made it dirty, to which I replied we did not use the microwave because it was unusable, she again called me a liar and told me I was a terrible person ! I actually paid for two rooms as I was traveling with another family and they where next to a unit that was being used as a pawn shop, they had no phone cord in the phone and a huge hole on the ceiling of their room which we never complained about or cause any issue about tbe face that it was actually a bit of a scary experience.We where in our room from 11:00 pm till 9:00 am to sleep and shower only and was trated like a criminal at checkout with no reason for it ! They are not respectable or kind people!
