Everyone was very friendly and it was clean

People slamming doors and being noisy when we were trying to sleep but other than that it was a good stay

Positives:
Poorly attended to. Milk not refrigerated. Food not replenished mostly gone 30 min into three hour service.
Service area dirty and garbage can overflowing. Health dept should be contacted on this one.
Negatives:
Bathtub and toilet not well cleaning. Plumbing not maintained. Bathtub faucet leak, vent fan cover missing.
Heater fan had unbearable noise. Room above us full of teenagers being unruly and loud until well after midnight even after we contacted front desk.

Negatives:
There were no drain plugs in the bathroom sink or tub . Wife was told to wash her face in the tub!!! This is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would not recommend this Super 8 to anyone. This location could learn a thing or two from the Super 8 in Pocatello Idaho.

Good location and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Our room was clean. The free breakfast was nice. Coffee, juices, cereals, waffles, and toasts were available.
Negatives:
Laundry is only available during certain hours, I was not aware until we arrived and checked in. We arrived too late and were leaving too early to wash our laundry. Exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor, there is a piece of flooring that is lifting, we kept tripping on it.

The location was right off the highway but it was quiet in the room.
Negatives:
I booked online through Booking.com while we were driving and the price was higher than normal because of the weekend events happening in Cedar City. The girl at the front desk was very nice. We arrived late but she was there to check us in .
The room was clean but the bedsheets were stained, and there was a broken tile in the bathroom. The towels were old.
Breakfast was very basic and the area for breakfast was very small. The breakfast area was part of the lobby and all the lounge chairs in both areas were stained. The person looking after the breakfast room was not friendly at all.
