Did not know about the $100 deposit and had to ask them to check the room before we left so we could have the refund while we were present.

The comfortable beds and cleanliness were good. There is a quiet atmosphere, and parking spaces are available. The staff is attentive to requests and attends to them promptly. I would recommend for a stay of few days.
