Negatives: Toilet was not cleaned. The scat of the previous user was still in the toilet. As the toilet flushes badly, we couldn’t flush it away. After reporting they offered another room but this should never happened in the first place. 3 hairs on the sink. Spots on the pillows. Refrigerator was not working.

Negatives: There was blood on the sheets and the comforter. Blood smeared in the AC unit. The AC was off when I got in so the room felt like an oven. The vending machine wouldn’t take my bill so I couldn’t get a pop.
