Positives:
Location and price compared to other places
Negatives:
Old and run down

Ok for what we needed...
Negatives:
This is a hotel that I booked on Hotels.com and then cancelled. Later, I booked this hotel again on Booking.com. I reconfirmed the cancelled reservation twice with the hotel front desk. I paid the room fee on Rogers Bank, but this hotel deducted the room fee from my TD bank account again after I left. In other words, I only stayed in a Ramada room for one night, but was charged twice. I am asking the bank to sue for the duplicate deductions.

Good
Positives:
The staff were very friendly; it looked like the place had just been purchased by Ramada/Wyndham and they are were in the beginning stages of making some upgrades; there's an Indian restaurant right next door and a Mexican restaurant across the street; really good location for Zion NP visit
Negatives:
The buildings aren't in great shape; once you get past the exterior, it improves. It sounded like there was construction going on in the room adjacent to mine.

Good location for Zion NP....

Very poor
Negatives:
Very dusty floor , not clean bedding, ugly, not fresh pillows.

Pleasant
Positives:
Nothing. I didn't feel safe and didn't want to stay there. But it was pre-booked and prepaid.
Negatives:
The place wasn't secure. The doors to the outside were unlocked all day and night. Anyone could enter the building at any time. The furniture and decore need serious updating. It was like a trip back to the 1970s. The breakfast wasn't hot. Definitely, not a Ramada sort of motel.

Very good
Positives:
Tiffany at the reception was very kind. It was easter and in the morning the property was flooded with eggs, the kids liked it very much. The suggested Showdown restaurant nerby has a nice western athmosphere with live country music.

Exceptional
Positives:
The location and the nearby shops
Negatives:
They should improve the cleaning and especially change the towels with new ones. The ones in use are very old and some of them had brown stains. Same for the shower curtain.

Good location
Positives:
Several things were off-putting. The best this was location.
Negatives:
Weird ugly exterior. No tv remote. Light bulb out. Price too high for level of hotel. Breakfast area no coffee, no plates. No napkins. Not many food choices. I know they are just taking over but they arent ready for prime time.
Positives:
When it was time to check out
Negatives:
The room smelled terrible, like chemicals, paint was flaking ,sheetrock had huge cracks in it, bathroom was gross and smelled bad. Haand written note from the maids asking for tips. Bedding was stained and dirty, the out side of the hotel was terrible, dirty. There were windows with 2x4 pieces of lumber to keep them closed (locked) bathroom door didn't close right because the floor was tiled so poorly.
Review
