The elevator was not working, had to get a person in a wheel chair up and down flight of stairs

The elevator, hot tub, and indoor pool's heater were all broken. Temps in common areas - hallways, dining area - was stifling. Other stays were OK but the front desk gal said these issues weren't new. 3rd floor with kids and no pool. Thumbs down.

The room was not cleaned well upon arrival. There were crumbs of food on multiple surfaces in the room. Both pairs of sheets on the queen beds were covered in hair. The room was gross. We were given new sheets and changed bedding ourselves.

Carpets were disgusting. Shower head needed replaced. The shower water came out in a trickle. So getting my hair washed was a joke. The hotel was old and dirty looking, smelled weird. The elevators were broken. Run. Do not rent here.

The bed was so uncomfortable, like sleeping on a box spring. My back is still bothering me five days after returning home.
