It was in the same building as the conference I attended.
Negatives:
The day that I arrived, there was lots of tree, shrub, and parking lot debris in the foyer. I couldn’t believe it hadn’t been cleaned in that long and that is the first impression you want your guests to have.
There was also debris in hallway on my floor.
I asked reception to empty my trash cans because they were full. I also asked for extra towels and neither of those things happened.

When your room is 15 meters from the lounge (where they play loud music the entire evening), and when there is a children playground in front of your window, we cannot call it a "quiet room".
