under renovation. absolutely no amenities available, no laundry, no pool , no breakfast. absolutely sucked! I would not have booked the Hotel had I known it was under renovation. Per the hotel associate, Booking. com knew but did not disclose. will not use booking. com again. I would not stay at this hotel under the circumstances I wasted an hour trying to find an alternative.

The room was clean and well kept.
Negatives:
The front desk lady was not very helpful and told us when we checked in that there were no amenities available because they were undergoing construction. Had we known that we wouldn’t have stayed there. There was no gym, pool, or breakfast like was advertised. They gave us a brown paper sack that had an over ripe apple, a nutrí-grain bar, a muffin full of sugar, and a crystal light packet but no water. Some of our family had to skip the breakfast because they are diabetic.

Hotel was undergoing major construction. The pool was closed the lobby was closed, the main entrance was closed. There was no breakfast available and the hotel was a dusty noisy mess. None of this was communicated prior to our visit. The elevator was constantly full of construction workers with tools and supplies making it very inconvenient to use the elevator and the stairs were frequently blocked with the same things. The beds were rock hard as well

This was the Worst experience I have EVER had in my 43 yrs of life!!! I showed up to hotel and I had no reservation!! Booking.com never reserved nothing at all!
What a huge scam!!
Holiday inn had zero record of me showing up
I will continue telling everyone I travel with about this experience!
I have receipts of the hotel that Holliday inn helped me find at 1:30am after a 5 hour drive.
