The 1st night was great, kids had fun in the pool and breakfast was good before heading out the door to grandmas funeral. Night 2….. well that’s a whole new story

We had a dog in the room next to us that barked for HOURS non stop. I finally went down to the desk to ask what could be done because I was trying to get kids to sleep. I was pretty much told they would try to contact the people with that room to see where they were. The dog finally shut up after 11 pm (I’m guessing that’s when they got back) but then started again at 5AM barking and woke us up. Dry very frustrating to not get a good nights sleep after a very emotional day burying a loved one. I have dogs of my own to typically this does not bother me and I understand however we are talking at least 5 hours of barking before the room tenants got back.

The breakfast was great!

We had multiple rooms due to a reservation issue and they were all kind of dirty.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for what I wanted. It was a beautiful room and comfortable. I wanted to get work done and it had everything I needed and more. The WiFi was great, breakfast was fantastic, the gym was nice, and it was quiet.

The facility was beautiful, the room was clean and the location was convenient for our family.
Negatives:
The bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. It was hard to fall asleep and get a good night rest. I wish they would update their beds,the lock to the bathroom was hard to figure out. Breakfast looked good but it didn’t sit well in either of our stomachs.

I did have to wash all of the dishes in the kitchen before useI was going to anyway, but they needed to be washed in the dishwasher.

The breakfast was very nice.
Negatives:
I requested a room that slept 4 adults. I was given a room with one bed and a small sofa bed that was not adequate to sleep 2 adults.
Positives:
The room was great.
Negatives:
I didn't like the constant noise coming from the room above me. It sounded like heavy objects being dragged across the floor, and a few times those objects sounded like they were being dropped.
Also the breakfast buffet was not being kept stocked. Plates were not available, foods were not restocked and coffee pots ran out. This is why I gave the 5 out of 10 rating.
Guests were rude. Staff was nice though.
