I didn’t like that you could not use the key card to get into the side door to go up the staircase Thermostat in the room did not work and was falling off the wall just think that the property could use some general maintenance

Overall, it’s a great property....

Location was great! Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The bathroom was kinda gross- mold in the shower and urine stains on the wall by the toilet. The towels were rough and small, the bed linens were very thin- no comforter to keep warm, and the pillows were thin and offered no support. We've stayed at this chain several other times in other locations, so we felt pretty confident that we'd have the same comfortable experience as before. We were sadly disappointed this time around.

The property is an example of a well trained team all working together for 5 star customer satisfaction. The GM Mathew, is to be recognized for his attention to detail. Spotless rooms. Comfortable beds. Extra friendly staff. Spotless hotel. Nice breakfast well stocked.
