Positives:
The only thing I liked about the hotel was the young lady that checked us in. She was very understanding of our issues the night of check in and had no bad attitude towards us for expressing how unclean our room was. the night clerk @ checkout was rude.
Negatives:
The uncleanliness of everything, the hot breakfast was cold and not adequately filled for the amount of guests in the area. Most of the staff seemed to not speak English, which made communicating very hard. Also didnt like the bad attitude of staff.

Noise was crazy from the freeway into our room. Huge computer problems at hotel. We got locked out + prepaid reservation cancelled in middle of stay. Nightmare to get resolved. Still seeing odd charges in card

The staff were courteous; they were training a new employee at the front desk and I feel they shouldn't have left him alone as full as the hotel was. He did a great job but was having to run around the whole shift.

Bed and pillows were horrible, my feet were black walking from the bathroom to the bed after taking a shower. The cleaning staff were in the elevator and the bag of trash leaked inside the elevator and it was never mopped up it, halls needed vacuuming

It was very clean and the staff were very helpful, professional, and friendly. The breakfast was good and fresh. The hotel is very modern and contemporary.

The room was a little small but it was accommodating.

The staff was amazing. So kind, sweet, and very helpful. Options for the breakfast were fantastic and met all the kinds of types of breakfast.

My only complaint would be the pillows were horrible and not comfortable at all. Other than that things were great.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Probably the nicest staff I have experienced as a Diamond Hilton Member.

The walls are very thin between rooms. You can hear normal conversations going on in the next room. The dividing wall construction was clearly compromised in the design stage. Other than that, the room was fine. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

There were no closeted or chest of draws to place clothes. Not a deal breaker though.
