Negatives: people were living there. not holiday people

Negatives: Cleanliness is awful

Negatives: Nothing bad really, maybe the smell from some other guest cooking in their room with some smelly ingredients, but that's not the hotels fault!

Negatives: Nothing bad to report

Negatives: Facilities smelled and were dirty.

Negatives: I did not like the Red head man hater that came wounded on my door had me get out of the shower to have me come down to the front desk as she made it seem it could not wait. I waited in line 15 min gor her to rudely and very loud and embarrassing that a guest to whom has a disability and has a service animal for emotional support . I was told she did not check in with the front desk as my guest had a parking pass for her truck as you have to present a drivers license in order and license plate number to get one. I then apologized for my guest as she was caring in groceries as here areas were full and her little pug came of his leash . As I apologized as she started to repeat herself as she then wanted to try and charge me for her pet on my previous stay as I was the only one that stayed in my previous room as I checked out . My home was not ready so I extended my stay checked in got a new room and had this horrible experience as I was not allowed to take the pet policy up to the room to have my guest fill it out. It was rude un called for completely unacceptable as i went back down a second time to get things cleared up she was even more irate and rude as she was very rude to a nother guest . I then could not handle her rude and unacceptable behavior. So I gave the gentleman 56 dollars just to keep him from being verbally abused and belittled. I then was asked to leave the property as they were not going to renew my reservation . I then politely said just return my money I will pack up my things . My guest left I made sure the room was clean as the bed had not been slept in . I just took a shower as I left just as I was asked I was told I would get a parcel refund . I called she was the one on the other line said if I was lucky she would return 70 out of 368 dollars . As my previous stay was great the staff amazing the night desk very accommodating.

Negatives: The area was sketchy. When I first checked in the lady who checked me in was talking to her boyfriend on her personal cell phone not paying attention to me, she kept telling me to wait a minute as she kept talking on her personal cell phone. During the night, random people would make the alarm system go off and the employees would run throughout the hotel to find who did it, this included my floor which was on the first floor and they were extremely loud. I couldn't sleep the first few nights as the people above me were so loud from 11pm-3am yelling, stomping their feet, and making other loud noises. I felt so uneasy staying there due to the homeless people I saw sit outside the hotel, and drug dealers who also were out there at night and sometimes in the morning. Not a safe place. I was charged for a night that I didn't even stay!
