Negatives: Location

Negatives: The room was missing hand soap. The door to walk to the pool area was broken. One of the vending machines was out of order. In our room the lamp shade if you turned on the light it would lean on the wall. Check out time was at 11AM and twice between 10 and 10:30 house keeping knocked asking if we were in the room still. We left the keys in the room leaving around 10:45 and a staff member called and asked if we had checked out. I stated we had and left the keys in the room. She said she was making sure so there wouldn’t be an added charge. We don’t travel much and each hotel is different with checkout. It would be nice to be told what they expect when checking out. Also being told check out is at 11AM and housekeeping knocking before that time is frustrated when a person has little kids to get ready and having to feel rushed to get out.

Negatives: TV screen partially malfunction, bathroom sink drain very slowly, light doesn't work

Negatives: 6 tables of 2 persons are really very little to offer breakfast to a reasonably large number of motel guests. Of course you also need the space for it.

Negatives: Run down, disappointed, slow wifi

Negatives: The motel was dirty and in disrepair. It is a non-smoking motel, but the rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke. The carpets in the halls are really dirty. The bottom of the doors were black with dirt and grime. Several things were broken or falling apart. There were cockroaches in our room. However, they did refund our money when we told them our complaints.

Negatives: The outside of the building didn't look very inviting, and the room arrangement was a bit unusual. It was quite different from the other LaQuinta hotels I've stayed at before.

Negatives: The hotel itself is disgusting. The carpet needs a deep clean. The rooms need renovations and there is black mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. The staff is unprofessional and the hotel is surrounded by homeless people making it pretty unsafe to be outside. If you try to have the breakfast be aware that homeless people will walk in and take the food.

Negatives: A little far from the area of SLC that I frequently work in, but not prohibitive; and the overall quality of my stay was worth the extra mile!

Negatives: Was not clean hallways. Is not in a safe location

Negatives: How unsafe I felt.

Negatives: The overall hotel could have been a little better. The swimming pool was out of order which was a bummer. But the appliances in the room didn’t work! The microwave and the fridge were both broken! And the bathtub didn’t drain very well. So that was an unpleasant experience!
