Negatives: A little noise from the guest upstairs. And the eggs were burnt.

Negatives: Clutching at straws here, the gym could do with a bit more machinery. For the price, you really can't complain though.

Negatives: The fire alarms kept going off, and it must be a normal thing because as they are going off and I’m trying to get my family out of the room the staff just waved me off like it was an accident, which fine one time ok, multiple times throughout the weekend I finally asked the front desk if we needed to be worried or what they responded with “no, someone was having a get together and it kept going off because of them” not sure how that’s just something others need to be ok with at 5am especially when you have a child with special needs, it’s scary once to hear, but four or five times, unnecessary. The lady who checked me in was a total brat, in every way possible seemed extremely annoyed just by checking me in, and I’m social awkward and get nervous talking to anyone more then I have to so I wasn’t being excessive I just wanted to check in, I prepaid for my room so it would be less stress and work for everyone when we checked in, then my room key wouldn’t work and I’m pretty sure it was my fault because I put it by my phone, and it deactivated it, however when i had to get a new one the staff didn’t ask me my name or anything they just asked me my room number, and made a new one, twice, two different employees, that alone stressed me out thinking any random could just say their key didn’t work and get a new one without any info on who’s in the room.

Negatives: Nothing really.

Negatives: Our kids only worked half the time and they never worked getting back into the building from the back patio area at breakfast. Us outside patio ppl would prop the door open and the lady working the breakfast buffet didn’t too much care for that. They needa fix the lock out there I think it just doesn’t work at all anymore period. But yeah, keys just to get in the rooms weren’t working half the time either and I know other guests were having the same problems.

Negatives: Nada

Negatives: We originally had a reservation through my mom- it was my birthday weekend… when we arrived employee aspen told her snappily it would be 10-15 minutes on a phone call…. So we waited. Once she finished (5ish minutes later) she proceeded to tell my mom she didn’t have a booking which with Microsoft we wondered if that might have effected it - we had a confirmation everything. Instead of helping us she was just snappy and told us we didn’t have a room there and there was nothing available.. didn’t try to accomodate us at all. So I proceeded to go to a website that showed 15+ rooms available and book us one. When I got that confirmation I walked up with the number and she was on her personal cell phone texting and made me wait for her to get off of it before she’d look at my number. (I only know it was her personal cell phone because she then answered the hotel cell phone while I was trying to check in to help another guest) — my mom was then concerned about getting charged for her visit we couldn’t check in for and checked with a night staff member who was able to find her reservation and cancel it— once we checked in the elevator had a beeping for a failure the entire stay— it would beep every 20seconds and we told multiple staff members and it was never fixed…. Which impeded on sleep. We have stayed at the Staybridge multiple times and loved it… however this time was not a favorite.

Negatives: Nothing!

Negatives: The fitness center needed some TLC. Some of the equipment was broken, no fans in the room. It was not stocked with towels or water cups.

Negatives: The laundry room was a mess for our entire stay.

Negatives: Beds were a little to firm
