Positives:
I loved that It was not to close or to far to the City's travel sites. It was very clean and tidy all around the hotel. Staff was very helpful with all the issues we had in our room. I also enjoyed the pool table they had and that it was very baby friendly.
Negatives:
The only thing that bummed us out was that I had requested a rollaway bed online and it was approved but upon arrival it was not an option they had.

I was charged additionally for 2 days, even if I didn't stayed additional days. It happened in early morning of 11th ouf August, when I was checking out, and realized that the hotel charged again when I was at the airport.
I still cannot get any answer from Tru by Hilton, Could you please help me?
They give me bill in total for
from 27 July to 10th August is 2857,82 USD
and second one they send me by email, because I requested
from 10 to 11 August is 164,31 USD
but on 11th of August Tru by Hilton charged me and took from my bank account 164,31 + 164,31 = 328,62 USD in total, and they didn't returned me back my money, I still cannot get any answer from the Hotel. Can somehow booking help me?

Place was so nice and clean. Loved that it’s right next to a 24 hour grocery store. Booked this place 15 minutes before arriving and check in was easy even at 1am. Bed was super comfy and the soaps smelled good.
