Booked a king bed / Mountain View on line for $135. Didnt have room when checked in. They upgraded me for free, nothing what I booked and charged me for it!! Queen bed was very uncomfortable.

Upon arrival we were told our room wasnt ready and they didnt know when it would be - it was eventually ready at 6 pm even though check in was for 3 pm - offered no compensation - just said they were busy and tocome back later.. have never experienced such poor customer service. Also our room was supposed to have mountain views - it faced the carpark - when we asked about this the guy said oh we say all of our rooms have mountain views - again no apology and no opportunity to switch rooms. When checking out the receptionist asked how our stay was, my husband said not good and she did t ask why or offer an apology - simply said well you are paid up, have a nice day.
