This was my second stay at a best western hotel this year, and again, the pool was not working. This is part of the room amenities and part of the reason I booked with them. I stayed 3 nights, and the pool was not operational for our entire stay. Although I understand the need for cleaning, I feel this should be stated during booking or a discount should be offered. I will be staying at the Hilton in the future during my quarterly visits to Salt Lake.

Breakfast was good although we had to wait quite a while for empty dishes to be refilled

The cleanliness was very disappointing. Had we not been exhausted from traveling with six kids, we would have asked for different roles because of nasty stains on floor and stains on adjoining door. Made us wonder how clean anything else was!
