It was nice. Most of the staff was super friendly. The pool area was nice. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The clean staff was not welcoming. Check out is at 11am. At 9:30 they started knocking on the door, even though we had the privacy tag on our door. We told them we weren’t ready for them. They reminded us check out was at 11. Fifteen minutes later they knocked again to remind us check out was at 11am. Every time we went out in the hall to take things down to our car they would just cross their arms and stare at us. I felt very rushed and we were completely checked out by 10am an hour before we had to be.

Everything! The pool was clean, warm, and big enough to get some good play time in. Beds comfy, room very clean, and staff really lovely. We ended up adding an extra night because we loved it so much.
Negatives:
WiFi connection wasn’t obvious, though I have data so didn’t bother to figure it out. Fridge in room didn’t have a freezer compartment, but that’s getting pretty picky.

The manager of the hotel that worked Thursday and Friday, May 23-24 was exceptionally helpful in helping me find my purse that I left in the hotel. I didn't discover it until the next day. She was kind and went the extra mile and she did find it! Thank you!!

Good location, nice size room, clean and well equipped. Generous parking. Breakfast had a good range on offer.
Negatives:
Breakfast staff were very rude, they were putting food away 15minutes before the time was up, while we were having breakfast they were emptying the bins next to us which I think could of waited until after service time and everyone had left, the following day myself and my husband were having a coffee watching the TV and the breakfast staff called out service was about to end (even though they had already put everything away and emptied the bins) and knowing we was watching the TV the staff turned it off without warning
