Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Their staff were rude. They were never at the front desk. They enjoyed the Misery that they caused me & my wife. I will never give them my business again!!

I did not like how they made us wait an hour until they were able to check us in. V were rude & non-empathetic to our situation. How are people like this allowed to work with the public? Let alone Customer Services?

Dirty, ghetto, not like the average extended stay at all. Couldn’t even spend the whole night, and the time we were in the room we slid the dirty fridge in front of the door, bcuz we felt that unsafe. There was hair in the bathtub, on the ceiling and walls, a roach in between the plastic covered plastic cups in the bathroom. No coffee/coffe pot, no utensils nothing in the kitchen, why have kitchenette if it’s bare? . Fridge had something that leaked all over, and we didn’t even have soap/shampoo nothing to shower with, not that we showered it was so bad we walked in and right out. And of course the front desk is closed, no one answers the phone when you call. You are better off napping in ur car. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Everything. Room was awful and dirty, bed/bedsheets dirty, bathroom dirty, I had to call someone to the front desk to check in. No one answered when we left early cuz the place was disgusting cuz no one is at front desk.
