It is ok for the price, don't expect to greatness, over all its mediocre.
Negatives:
The laundry facilities were down so they couldn't get us additional towels. The smoke detector was broken and beeping and not attached to the ceiling. The room and peoperty were filthy. There was trash everywhere.

I liked the location right in town and so close to the mountain, with plenty of parks and restaurants around.

Room was fine for one night. Appreciate Motel 6 Pet Policy. Beds are always firm and comfortable.
Positives:
Next to convenience store. Nice view of mountains. Comfortable mattress. Good TV. You can walk to downtown (1.2 miles to to Eccles conference center) but I wouldn't do it after dark because of the neighborhood and sidewalk missing in parts (construction).
Negatives:
Sketchy neighborhood. Dog waste on front lawn. Very noisy fan in bathroom that comes on whenever when you turn on the light. Security latch removed from the front door. No microwave or fridge or vending machines. Wifi limited. Dogs barking in rooms.

Bed is horrible and painful. Dirty room. Jail cell vibe with horrible florescent lights. Outlets too loose to hold or power anything. Broken curtains. Sketchy tenants.
