Positives:
The evening clerk at check in was great! The daytime desk clerk Friday was incredibly helpful recommending a restaurant that was perfect for what we were going for! The room was well situated for us.
Negatives:
The clerk at time of checkout Saturday fell short.
The sink and bathtub stoppers were both broke and didn't work. The bathroom doors were missing a knob and didn't close or lock properly.

We love the location and the staff was very kind. Our room has always been clean and everything was in order.
Negatives:
The family in the room next to us had two small dogs that started barking around 5:30 am until we left around 9:00 am for both days. We would get back to our room around 10:30 pm and the dogs would bark till midnight or so.

Positives:
I liked that it was located near freeway, and many shopping and eating establishments close by. The bed was comfortable, room was clean.
Negatives:
I had to get my key card replaced about 4-5 times in a 3 day stay. I parked near the back (my room was closer) then ended up having to walk clear around the hotel because key card was NOT working to get a new one or get up to my room and find out the key card was not working and walk all the way back down to lobby for a new one. Frustrating to say the least, time consuming, not safe for a single traveling female. Often times only one staff member, had to wait behind check in to get a new key, was annoying. Also, free breakfast was not good, if you wanted food you had to be there at 6 am or you aren’t guaranteed anything (even if it was still breakfast hours) most days they ran out of food. There was a bad smell in the hotel room and hallways. The Netflix did NOT work.

Positives:
Everything was just great. The receptionist, the large room, internet, and especially the great breakfast. For that price I am used to get intercontinental breakfast only but this was exceptional good. Booth thumbs up... respect. Anytime again
