Our first room had cigarette holes in the top cover and stains all over it. They switched us rooms and the new room the bathroom had looked like it had not been cleaned and there was lots of hair in our bathtub. Soda all over the walls. A huge burn spot

spent three days there and every day had to get a new room key to get into my room. Frustrating, maybe their cards are getting old and need to be replaced?

Chose hotel for jacuzzi. It was closed. There was never any staff in lobby, I had to wait at least 19 minutes every time I had to visit. (5 occasions) Shower was terrible. It went extremely SCALDING HOT to extremely COLD every 10 seconds or so. Dangerou

What a great hotel!! It looks as if it has been newly renovated! Rooms were super clean and super nice! I loved how warm they keep the pool especially with it being cold outside most places dont have heated pools. Breakfast you had a ton of options.

Location was great, price was fair, the front office workers wer very helpful.

Hot water did not work, AC did not work, pipe shaking sounds in the walls of unit 235, and 335. The front office person was very helpful and moved us to a different room which was much better. They need to keep up on maintenance. Needs better breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were prompt to assign us a new room when the first we were given smelled awful.
Negatives:
This hotel has not been well maintained. Furniture is filthy and in disrepair. The first room we were given smelled like cat urine. The air conditioning worked inconsistently and our room was hot most of the night. The beds dont have a blanket on them.
